Departmental specific information. We often hear about things after they have begun or when they are implimented. Everything seems to be a state secret and management enjoys keeping us out of the loop

None. Every tool we are given is so slow and restricted as to make it useless except for outlook email.

Very poor. We as the staff need to know what is happening in our airline so we can work more effectively to meet our strategic goals. Keep the information flowing to us and stop our managers hoarding the inf like its a secret
